Break The Ice is a monthly subscription service agency that helps bring your idea or existing business to the next level through AI integration tools, marketing automation, and content creation.

Choose a subscription service of your choice, book an introductory call and our team will help scope out your vision into actionable deliverables and start bringing your vision to life through weekly project tasks where you will track and approve all tasks.

You can pause or cancel anytime and the remaining amount will be prorated and refunded back to you. You can manage your own subscription details through your customer portal.

With our subscription service, you can add or edit as many tasks in your queue as you need. Our team will compile multiple tasks in your queue and turn them into weekly “Active Sprints”. Tasks inside of a sprint will be completed that week, and each week a new sprint will be created, composed of new tasks.  Each task in a sprint will go into “Review” once completed ensuring that it’s completed to your satisfaction before moving on.
However only a Single Project can be active at one time. Once your project is complete, you can then create a new project with your existing subscription. If you’d like to have multiple projects developed simultaneously you will need to purchase multiple subscriptions.

The turnaround time for your project depends on the complexity of the task. On average, most single tasks requests are completed in just 72 hours. However, more complex tasks may take longer to finish. You will likely be tracking weekly “Active Sprints”, these sprints are multiple tasks assigned to your project for completion that week. Any tasks that are still in progress once the sprint ends will roll over into the next week’s sprint.

How It Works: An active project is broken down into vital building blocks called “tasks”. Multiple tasks are selected then compiled into a weekly sprint. An active sprint represents 3-6 tasks that will be completed within the week. The number of tasks assigned to a sprint vary based on the difficulty and specificity of your request. 

No worries! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the outcome, we’ll work on revising it until you’re 100% satisfied with the result.

If you don’t need any work for a specific month, you can pause your subscription and resume it when you need our services again. There are no penalties or additional fees for pausing your subscription.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued once a Task is active and has started.

1. Definitions
“MyAiHouse” refers to the Dutch-registered business providing services via https://breaktheice.ai.
“Client” refers to any legal or natural person using MyAiHouse services.
“Agreement” means any engagement, written or verbal, for services.
“Services” refers to strategic advisory, branding, or related work.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all services, proposals, and agreements unless expressly waived in writing.

3. Quotations & Offers
Offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT. Errors do not bind MyAiHouse.

4. Execution
We deliver work with care and professionalism. Deadlines are indicative, not legally binding.

5. Payment
Invoices payable in 14 days. Late fees: statutory interest + 15% collection costs (min. €150). Invoice disputes must be raised within 5 days.

6. Termination
30-day notice required. Client pays for all services delivered up to cancellation.

7. Liability
Liability limited to invoiced amounts. No liability for indirect loss (profit, data, etc.).

8. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond control (e.g. pandemics, internet failures). If lasting 60+ days, parties may cancel.

9. Confidentiality
All client data and shared info treated confidentially for 2 years after termination.

10. Intellectual Property
All IP belongs to MyAiHouse unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license.

11. Law & Jurisdiction
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam.

12. Changes
Terms may be updated. Notice given via website. Continued use = acceptance.
