Effective as of: 08.08.2025

1. Definitions
“MyAiHouse” refers to the Dutch-registered business providing services via https://breaktheice.ai.
“Client” refers to any legal or natural person using MyAiHouse services.
“Agreement” means any engagement, written or verbal, for services.
“Services” refers to strategic advisory, branding, or related work.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all services, proposals, and agreements unless expressly waived in writing.

3. Quotations & Offers
Offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT. Errors do not bind MyAiHouse.

4. Execution
We deliver work with care and professionalism. Deadlines are indicative, not legally binding.

5. Payment
Invoices payable in 14 days. Late fees: statutory interest + 15% collection costs (min. €150). Invoice disputes must be raised within 5 days.

6. Termination
30-day notice required. Client pays for all services delivered up to cancellation.

7. Liability
Liability limited to invoiced amounts. No liability for indirect loss (profit, data, etc.).

8. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond control (e.g. pandemics, internet failures). If lasting 60+ days, parties may cancel.

9. Confidentiality
All client data and shared info treated confidentially for 2 years after termination.

10. Intellectual Property
All IP belongs to MyAiHouse unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license.

11. Law & Jurisdiction
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam.

12. Changes
Terms may be updated. Notice given via website. Continued use = acceptance.

They include terms on liability, payment, confidentiality, and are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the court of Amsterdam.
